It says my last update was on April 15. I even messed around with Performance Tuning while at it.One thing that I find weird is that this new update won't appear in the history. These could happen while browsing the web on a chromium browser (even when no video or image was on screen), or while playing a game (I could reliably reproduce it by opening the driver software overlay). After reading that some Nvidia users were having issues with Windows recently, I decided to check if Windows Update had anything for me, and after an update and reboot, I have yet to see the crashes pop up again.

Can't wait to sideload the Steam Deck OS into my hard drive. So 21.4 was crashing a lot for me and today it was about 5 times in an hour and I wasn't even gaming. I am so fucking done with windows honestly. I also got it one time in a chromium based browser recently. I don't get timeouts when playing anymore, but I still run into them when using the Radeon overlay, and stutters when using media buttons to make the windows volume bar appear. So if you are planning to update your drivers to play a newly released demanding game, consider a clean install. Some people have been successful in eliminating crashes by doing some troubleshooting: running a sfc /scannow on Windows command prompt, exporting settings, using DDU to remove the old drivers, then importing the settings back.I did NOT do a clean install in years and kept my OS and drivers always on the latest version. The most consistent setup for existing installations has been downgrading back to Adrenalin 21.2.3 drivers.
So far after a little bit of gaming last night and normal work today I have yet to crash. I wonder if 21.4 possibly addresses the stuttering issue but has trouble in some configs if the update isn't there.EDIT - I installed the new 21.5 driver last night since 21.3 was still crashing a little bit for me. I had already uninstalled and blacklisted it before the driver update.

Checked the GPU is powered by 2 lines (not daisy chained). Rollbacked GPU driver to previous ones like 21.3.2 with DDU. I knew the issue started after the Windows update but I wasn't sure about it at that time so I tried everything. Not many programs were installed at the time.
Might be compatibility issue with the recent Windows update? Whatever I'm disabling Windows update for now and use the computer in this state. Checked DP cable, and HDMI cable that I'm using for dual monitor setting but I used this setup for years so no problem. Before I send this graphic card to RMA, I reinstalled the Windows 10 and the issue is GONE.I used the image of Windows 10 from the one I downloaded on around April, and the latest update is KB4594440 (Nov - 2020)Currently using 21.5 driver with no signs of issue so GPU driver itself was never the problem. Checked power consumption bc I'm using 750W Corsair - Using Formd T1 (10L case) and overheating stuttering was a possibility but even with the severe undervolting the issue still persisted. Riser cable fitting was fitted right.
